Our service skills training program for home agents has thirteen, 20 minute high quality video segments. Each includes comprehensive quizzes to test retention. Courses cover such things as communication skills, listening skills, fact finding techniques, maintaining a service mentality, how to provide excellent customer service and much more. You are provided each work from home agent's test scores on each training segment.
